Our new address: 1575 Delucchi Lane, Suite 215, in Reno 89502
May 3rd 2018 at 1:00 pm Cameron Clark will be speaking to us on the non-judicial foreclosure process for Associations. Regardless of current economic conditions, having a workable collections procedure is crucial to an Association’s financial success.  March 15th 2018 at 1:00 pm Christopher Cooke will be speaking to us at the upcoming meeting.  Mr. Cooke has over 29 years of investigative/inspection experience in real estate, dispute resolution, professional occupational licensing, building codes and regulations, safety and sanitation requirements, and injured workers compensation issues.  As most of you know, he currently performs investigations for the Nevada State Department of Business and Industry, Real Estate Division, Office of the Ombudsman For Common Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels, Enforcement Section.  October 26th 2017 at 1:00pm This luncheon meeting will showcase what James Gibson has been up to lately. He now is the Managing Partner for the HOA Board Member Magazine (a new publication in the Reno Market) that provides a comprehensive resource to HOA community leaders within CA, NV and AZ by directly reaching thousands of Board Members/Decision Makers every month June 30th 2017 at 1:00pm We are very happy to welcome Norm Rosensteel to speak to us on these issues.  He will not only give us a rundown of all that happened this year in Carson City but also tell us if there is anything our Board Members need to keep in mind as the changes go into effect
